# Buy or Sell $ME
Within the game, players have the flexibility to exchange their $ME tokens for $MVU. To facilitate this:

**Note:** Land owners can exchange 20000 ME each 4 hours. Another users can exchange 5000 ME each 4 hours.

1. Navigate to the built-in DEX of the mobile app.
2. Choose $ME and $MVU tokens.
3. Grant the necessary permissions.
4. Confirm your transaction.
